Our items are all shipped either USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the size and weight of the item(s). Shipping prices are based on weight of the item(s) to be shipped.
When will my order ship? TOP
Hair clips will usually ship within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Please allow 3 weeks for custom orders to ship so that we can create your items with the highest level of care. If you need your items sooner please contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Smaller items are shipped via USPS 1st class mail which typically takes 2-5 business days. Larger items must be shipped via Priority Mail which typically takes 2-3 business days. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping.
Can I customize or make changes to items on your site? Does it cost more? TOP
Absolutely! All items on our site can be personalized and custom made just for you. Even the clips can be customized or changed. If you do not find the color, design, pattern or applique' you are looking for, just let us know what you would like and we will do our best to create it! There is no extra fee for customization.
What type of hair clips do your use? TOP
All of our hair clips are made using high quality 30, 40, or 50 mm snap clips or 45 mm alligator clips. They come partially or fully lined with ribbon or felt. For extra hold we offer you the option of choosing a non-slip grip on the inside of the alligator clips. The snap clips do not need the non-slip grip as they snap tight.
Are your hair clips and accessories suitable for gifts? TOP
Definitely! All of our hair accessories are placed on decorative bow cards. All of our products are neatly packaged and make great gifts!
Are your hair clips safe for babies? TOP
Each hair accessory is made with detail and care, however they are meant for decorative purposes only. As some of them may contain small parts, please never leave a baby unattended while wearing them as they could potentially pose a choking hazard.
